- 2 oz. chocolate
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup cacao powder
- 2/3 cup Erythritol
- 8 tablespoons butter
Instructions
1. preheat oven to 325 F
2. In a medium bowl whisk almond flour, baking powder, Erythritol, cocoa powder, and instant coffee
3. In another bowl melt chocolate and butter and whisk in the eggs and vanilla
4. Add to dry ingredients and mix well
5. Transfer batter into baking dish and bake for 20 minutes
6. Remove from the oven and allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 20 minutes, before carefully transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
