Moist and Flourless Low Carb /Keto Chocolate Brownies

These impossibly fudgy chocolate brownies are almost guaranteed to win you over.



It’s one of those must-try recipes because you really need to try them at least once in your life to discover how shockingly good they are! very little ingredients and no flour at all

With just 1.07g of net carbs per serving, it’ll satisfy your sweet chocolate craving without compromising your diet.


Ok enough with talking let's get to the recipe


Flourless keto brownies.

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces of unsweetened chocolate check this on amazon

  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter (1 stick)

  • 1/4 cup - heavy cream

  • 1/4 teaspoon - salt

  • 4 large eggs

  • A granulated sugar substitute equal to 2 cups of regular sugar check this on amazon

  • 1 tbsp - vanilla extract


Instructions :


  1. preheat your oven at 325 Fahrenheit

  2. cut the chocolate into small pieces and melt it. you can use a microwave or a double boiler

  3. add the unsalted butter cut into pieces, the heavy cream, and salt let the mixture slowly melt, stir it occasionally.

  4. when the chocolate is half melted add the sugar substitute and stir well

  5. when it's all melted turn off the heat and let the mixture cool down a bit

  6. place the eggs in a mixing bowl and bit the eggs for 2 minutes until nice and fluffy

  7. add vanilla extract to the eggs

  8. add the chocolate mixture to the eggs and mix well until well combined

  9. grease your baking dish very well and pour the mixture and shake it to remove any air inside

  10. bake at 325 for 45 minutes

  11. after it's done wait until it's cooled down to cut it

  12. you can sprinkle some sea salt on top "it's optional"

  13. and enjoy
